Dies Irae S01

The story is about the history of World War II. On May 1, 1954, in Berlin, as the Red Army raises Soviet flags above the Reich Chancellery, a group of Nazi officers perform a ceremony. For them, the massacre in the city is nothing but a supreme sacrifice for the ceremony to bring the Circle of the Thirteen Spears to the world. Years later, no one knows if this group of officers was successful or if they survived or died. Few people are aware of their existence, and even those who knew have died over the decades. Now, in December of the present time, in the city of Suwahara, Ren Fuji spends his days in the hospital. Two months have passed since the incident that sent him to the hospital: a fight with his friend Shiro Yusa, in which they almost killed each other. He tries to appreciate what's left for him, but every night he has a dream: a guillotine. Assassins who hunt people and black-coated knights who pursue the assassins. He desperately tries to return to his normal daily life, but even now he hears Shiro's words: "Anyone who stays in this city will lose their mind."
